Tickets

All tourists (including children, the elderly, and other tourists who qualify for the free ticket policy) must reserve their tickets online in advance because there is no ticket window on site. Tickets for the recent 7 days can be reserved. Tourists holding their original ID Card shall pass through the channel for ticket verification with ID Card before entry. (In case of special circumstances, such as passports, household register, Taiwan Compatriot Certificate, Exit-Entry Permit for Traveling to and from Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan, or loss of ID Card, tourists can pass through the channel for ticket verification without an ID Card after presenting relevant photo documentation. Tourists enjoying preferential policies should present applicable documentation).

(2) Official authorized ticketing channels: Meituan app, Tongcheng Travel app, Ctrip app, Qunar app, Amap app, Douyin app, Fliggy platform, Global Leleyou official WeChat account, Chengdu Scenic Shuttle Bus WeChat Mini Program, KylinTrip Scenic Shuttle Bus WeChat Mini Program;
(3) Foreign visitors who are unable to purchase tickets online due to not having a Chinese mobile phone number, please go to the entrance and consult the staff for assistance with ticket purchases.
