Tickets

1. Online Real-Name Reservation:
All visitors must make reservations online with real-name registration and present their original valid ID Card used during reservation for park entry. Visitors aged 60 and above, children under 6 years old or 1.3 meters in height can enter the park free of reservation with their original ID Card.

2. Opening hours:
Morning Tickets: Entry between 7:30–12:00; Afternoon Tickets: Entry between 12:00–17:00.
Park Closing Time: 18:00.

3. Reservation time:
Tickets are available for reservation 7 days in advance via online platforms. Sales stop when daily quota is reached. We recommend afternoon ticket holders not to arrive early so as to avoid extended waiting.

4. Reservation Platforms:
Please reserve tickets via WeChat Official Account, WeChat Mini Program, or officially authorized platforms including: Meituan APP, Trip.com APP, Douyin APP, “Chengdu Scenic Shuttle Bus” WeChat Official Account, and “Chengdu City Tour Bus” WeChat Official Account.

5. Refund Policy:
Tickets are valid only on the booked visit date; expired tickets will be voided, and no refunds will be issued once validated for park entry. For unused tickets: Refunds requested before 17:00 on the visit date are free of charge; refunds requested within 7 days starting from 17:00 on the visit date will incur a 20% service fee per ticket; no refunds will be granted after this period, and tickets will be system-automatically redeemed. (Note: Refunds must be processed exclusively through the original reservation platform, WeChat Official Account or Mini Program.)

6. Invoice Issuance:
If you require an invoice after ticket usage, please search for the WeChat official account “Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding” within 30 days from your visit date (note: failure to meet this deadline will disable online invoicing!), click “Visit & Tickets” - “E-Invoice”, enter the phone number used during ticketing to submit your request; the electronic invoice will be sent to your designated email address within 7 business days after application.

7. Important Notice:Do not purchase tickets through any unauthorized channels; each ticket requires a valid ID Card matching the visitor’s identity, and non-registered individuals will be denied entry; do not believe any paid claims of “priority access”.

Student Group Ticket	CNY 27/Person Student groups aged 7 (inclusive) to 18 (inclusive) with 20 or more than 20 members	Admission is permitted solely for single entry within the reserved morning/afternoon time slot on the visit date.	Upon successful reservation, present the school letter of introduction and student ID Card numbers listed on the order for verification; admission is granted only after verifying the group size against the booked quantity. Teachers must purchase adult tickets separately and carry their ID Card for swiping upon entry.
Seniors Ticket	Free Admission (No Reservation Required) Aged 60 (inclusive) and above	Admission is permitted solely for the registered visitor’s single entry on the visit date.	Seniors must present their original ID Card for verification before entry.
Children Ticket	Free Admission (No Reservation Required) Children aged 6 (inclusive) or under 1.3 meters in height	Admission is permitted solely for the registered visitor’s single entry on the visit date.	They are required to present valid ID documents for verification prior to entry.
Free Ticket for Privileged People	Free Admission (Ticket Required) Free admission is limited for active-duty servicemen, retired servicemen, and three categories of military families (i.e., the survivors of martyrs, servicemen who died in the line of duty, and servicemen who died of illness), disabled servicemen, retired servicemen, personnel of the China Comprehensive Fire and Rescue Force, members of Chengdu backbone militias, disabled persons, tour guides, holders of the Tianfu Craftsmen Star Card, holders of the Panda Passport, holders of the Chengdu Special-Class Teacher Honorary Certificate, in-service teachers in Chengdu from July to September, and first-time Taiwanese visitors from October 19, 2024, to October 2025 (valid only for the individual); 1 escort for the holder of the Disabled Serviceman Certificate (Level 1-4), the holder of the Retirement Honor Certificate of Veteran Cadres with 1 escort, the holder of the Retired Cadre Honor Certificate with 1 escort, 1 escort for the holder of the Disability Certificate (Level 1-2), the holder of the Chengdu Talent Pass with 3 relatives and friends, the holder of the Tianfu Talent Pass A or Chongqing Talents Service Card with 3 relatives and friends. Visitors failing or unable to provide complete certificates must purchase a full-price ticket for entry.
Individual Annual Pass	CNY 168/Year Aged 19 to 59	1. Strictly for purchaser’s use only. 2. Usage & Entry Rules: Valid for one year after purchase (validity period: within 365 days from the selected visit date upon purchase), unlimited visit days, but limited to one entry per calendar day; on the first validity day, entry must occur during the pre-selected morning/afternoon time slot, while subsequent entries are unrestricted. 3. Refund Policy: Non-transferable, non-reschedulable, and non-refundable after first use; unused tickets can be self-refunded during the validity period, but refunds are voided automatically post-expiry.	Upon successful reservation, visitors must swipe their original ID Card for entry.
Student Annual Pass	CNY 88/Year Undergraduate and below enrolled students aged 6 (exclusive) to 22 (inclusive) (excluding adult education)		Upon successful reservation, visitors must present the valid student ID certificate used during annual pass purchase and swipe their original ID Card for entry.
Family Annual Pass	CNY 328/Year Valid for family groups of 3 (2 adults + 1 child meeting student ticket eligibility; non-refundable for partial usage)		1. Adults must present and swipe their original ID Card for entry upon successful reservation; 2. Children must present the valid student ID certificate used during annual pass purchase and swipe their original ID Card for entry; 3. Children aged 18 or below without an original ID Card may enter by entering their ID Card number viand presenting the Household Register.
Redemption Code	Direct Redemption Exclusive to visitors with valid electronic redemption codes - visit the WeChat official account “Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding”, navigate to “Travel Services” – “Panda Base Tickets” – “My Account” – “Redeem Tickets” to book your visit date.	Admission is permitted solely for the registered visitor’s single entry on the reserved visit date.	Upon successful reservation, visitors must swipe their original ID Card for entry.

Warm Tips:
1. Visitors are advised to book tickets online in advance; if online payment is unavailable due to exceptional circumstances, purchase tickets at on-site ticketing windows when ticket inventory permits.
2. All ticket types listed above are exclusively valid for Chengdu Panda Base and do not include Dujiangyan Panda Valley.
3. Unauthorized third-party ticket sales are strictly prohibited; legal actions will be pursued for violations.
