Notice to Visitors by Sightseeing Bus

Dear friends,
Welcome to the Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding. In order to ensure you a wonderful tour, we suggest you know the following details before purchasing the sightseeing bus ticket:

1.The operating hours of the sightseeing bus are from 7:30 to 18:00 in the summer (ticket sales stop at 17:30). Please plan appropriately.

Based on the actual conditions at the Base, it is possible that tickets will not be sold temporarily, or the sightseeing route will be adjusted during peak periods such as weekends and holidays, and waiting time at each stop may be longer. If we are unable to provide shuttle services promptly, we recommend choosing to explore on foot. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

2. Sightseeing bus is not covered by the entrance ticket. Except for children under 1.3 meters (inclusive) (not occupying a seat, and one adult can only bring one child free of charge), all others need to buy the bus ticket in full.

Sightseeing bus service charges for CNY 30/person. Within the day, you can take the sightseeing bus for many times at any running stop by presenting your tickets. After checking, the ticket is non-refundable.

3. Current stops:
South-West: South Gate Departure Station - Sun Giant Panda Nursery House Stop - Panda Reception Hall Stop - Panda Tower Stop - Star Giant Panda Nursery House Stop - Panda Creek Valley Stop - West Gate Terminal Station;
West-South: West Gate Departure Station - Panda Creek Valley Stop - Star Giant Panda Nursery House Stop - Panda Tower Stop - No. 1 Giant Panda Villa Stop - Sun Giant Panda Nursery House Stop - South Gate Terminal Station. 

Passengers arriving at the South and West Gate Terminal Stations and needing to take another ride will need to go to the South and West Gate Departure Stations or other stops to queue up again for a new ride.

4. Tourists taking the sightseeing bus can purchase electronic tickets (you can follow the “Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding” official account on WeChat to claim electronic invoices) or buy tickets on site.
Please check your tickets and changes before leaving. One ticket for one person. The ticket shall only be used by the purchaser (selling or transferring is strictly prohibited). Any disputes incurred by such behaviors are at the violator’s own risk.

5.Please follow passenger etiquette. During the ride, please do not put your head, hands, feet, etc. out of the bus; horseplay and smoking are prohibited; and please check your belongings before getting off the bus.

6. Elderly people, children, expectant mothers, patients (with hypertension, heart disease, epilepsy, mental illness or others) need to be accompanied by guardians. Those who are drunken are not allowed to take the bus.

7. During peak hours on weekends or holidays, waiting time may be longer. If the bus service cannot be provided in a timely manner, we recommend that you tour around on foot or walk to the next stop to take the bus. Sorry for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

8. All the sightseeing buses are sterilized daily. Please rest assured.

9. Refund rules: Sightseeing bus tickets are valid only on the visit date and becomes invalid upon expiration. No refunds or exchanges will be processed once the ticket is used. Thank you for your cooperation. If the ticket remains unused, refund applications must be submitted within 7 days after the visit date. Refund applications submitted after this period will not be accepted, and the system will automatically invalidate unused tickets. (Attention: Refunds must be processed exclusively through the original booking platform: WeChat Official Account or Mini Program.)
