Notice for Boarding

1. Park sightseeing bus operating hours: 7:30–18:00 in summer season (March 1 to October 31), with ticket sales ending at 17:30; 8:00–17:30 in winter season (November 1 to February 28), with ticket sales ending at 17:00. Please plan your ride schedule accordingly.
During peak periods such as weekends, holidays, ticket sales may be temporarily suspended, operating routes adjusted, or waiting time at each stop extended based on actual park conditions. If we are unable to provide timely ride services, we recommend exploring the park on foot. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding.

2. The sightseeing bus is a self-paid service. Children 1.3 meters or below in height (inclusive) are exempt from tickets (no seat occupancy; one adult may accompany only one exempted child). All other visitors must purchase full-price tickets. 
(1) Daily Bus Tickets: Priced at CNY 30 per person, valid for same-day use only and non-transferable. Holders may board the bus at any operating station multiple times by presenting the ticket. 
(2) Other Special Bus Tickets: Non-amendable (no itinerary changes) and non-transferable (passenger details cannot be altered) once sold. During the validity period, ticket holders may board the sightseeing bus multiple times at any operating station by presenting the original valid ID Card.
Use of tickets by anyone other than the designated ticket holder will result in immediate invalidation of the ticket. The ticket purchaser will be prohibited from purchasing park bus tickets again, and the user will be subject to management measures under the Visitor Misconduct Management Regulations.

3. Current stops:
South to West: South Gate Departure Station - Panda Villa Stop - Sun Giant Panda Nursery House Stop - Panda Reception Hall Stop- Panda Tower Stop - Star Giant Panda Nursery House Stop - Panda Creek Valley Stop - West Gate Terminal Station;
West to South: West Gate Departure Station - Panda Creek Valley Stop - Star Giant Panda Nursery House Stop - Panda Tower Stop - No.1 Giant Panda Villa Stop - Sun Giant Panda Nursery House Stop - Panda Villa Stop - South Gate Terminal Station.
Passengers arriving at the South and West Gate Terminal Stations who wish to ride again must proceed to the South and West Gate Departure Stations or other designated stops, rejoin the queue, and present their tickets for validation before boarding.

4. Please follow passenger etiquette. During the ride, please do not put your head, hands, feet, etc. out of the bus; horseplay and smoking are prohibited; and please check your belongings before getting off the bus.

5. Elderly people, children, expectant mothers, patients (with hypertension, heart disease, epilepsy, mental illness or other diseases) need to be accompanied by guardians. Those who are drunken are not allowed to take the bus.

6. During peak periods, such as weekends, holidays, waiting time may be longer. If we are unable to provide timely ride services, we recommend exploring the park on foot or walk to the next stop for a ride. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding.

7. All the sightseeing buses are sterilized daily. Please rest assured.

8. Refund Policy: (1) Daily Bus Tickets: Non-refundable once used! For unused tickets, refund requests must be submitted within 7 days after the date of visit. Tickets not processed within this timeframe will be automatically voided. (2) Other Special Bus Tickets: Non-refundable once sold! Tickets will be automatically voided 7 days after purchase (without affecting normal use within the validity period). Important Note: The Panda Base WeChat Official Account and Panda Base Mini Program are distinct ticketing platforms. Refunds must be requested exclusively through the original purchase channel.
