Recruitment for 2025 Panda Base Science Popularization Volunteers Is Now Open!

As spring arrives, all things come back to life. Our Panda Base is excited to announce the recruitment of our 19th cohort of science popularization volunteers! Since its establishment in 2015, our volunteer team has entered its tenth year, continuously growing into a vibrant and dynamic family. In 2021, we were honored with the titles of “Advanced Science Volunteer Service Team Model by the China Association for Science and Technology” and “National Lei Feng (a moral model) Volunteer Service “Four 100” Exemplary Model”!

This recruitment event will be held at the Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding (Chengdu Panda Base) and the Dujiangyan Field Research Center for Giant Pandas (Dujiangyan Panda Valley) respectively. Interested individuals can choose the corresponding training location based on their own arrangements, as the training location will be consistent with the service location provided thereafter.

Online Interview: March 10-14
Offline Training:
Chengdu Panda Base: March 22-23
Dujiangyan Panda Valley: March 29-30

Initial selection → online interview → offline training → onboarding assessment → internship volunteers → regularization assessment → official volunteers
