These lesson plans will be used in a pilot school before being gradually accepted by other kindergartens and schools, and carried out pre-job training of teachers in nature conservation through joint efforts with normal universities. This program is the first of its kind to make up for the deficiency of inadequate nature conservation education of the children in China. Since October 2007, we have initiated training courses for the teachers of Chengdu Sanyuan Foreign Languages School, Panda Road Primary School and Chengdu Youshi Experimental Kindergarten and compiled and published the sections of background information and philosophical basics for the textbooks applicable for teachers and parents based on the advanced nature conservation theory in existence.
